The symbolic meaning of serotonin is the awareness of one&#8217;s soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is not enough serotonin in the body, a person feels depressed, pessimistic and apathetic states increase, mood worsens, there is a feeling of impotence, weakness and loss of energy. When serotonin levels are normal, we feel great, we have a sense of satisfaction and well-being. Thanks to the level of serotonin, we are more productive, because we can direct all our attention to the work we do. In turn, 5-hydroxytryptophan is converted to serotonin in the brain. 5-Hydroxytryptophan is found naturally in<strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthylifestyle4.life\/en\/griffonia\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.healthylifestyle4.life\/en\/griffonia\/\" target=\"_blank\">the plant Griffonia<\/a><\/strong>, Originating from Central Africa.
