The attitude towards parasites ( bacteria, fungi, worms ) by different people is usually strictly opposite. One extreme – the desire for complete sterility. The second extreme – neglect.
Whether we like it or not, there is a huge potential for parasites in our body around us, and if we lose our vigilance, uninvited guests simply enter the body, multiply, suppress the immune system and contribute to the development of many chronic diseases.

Humans have a certain amount of parasites, they are needed as a stimulus (trainer) for immunity. Health problems arise only when the number of parasites reaches a critical mass.
Monitoring consists of two processes – preventing the appearance of parasites in the body and their periodic removal.
Causes of parasitic infections:
- Breach of personal hygiene.
- Decreased secretion of gastric juice.
- Weakened immunity.
- Disturbance of the normal intestinal microbiocenosis.
- Suboptimal nutrition.
- Disturbance of bile outflow and loss of its bacteriostatic properties.
- Related fungal infection.
- Disturbance of enzyme activity.
Prevention against parasites
Prevention of parasites begins with controlling their emotions. This is the first thing to do, not to eat pills and medicines. Scientists have proven that negative emotions ( fear, resentment, anger, etc. ) suppress the thymus ( thymus gland ), which synthesizes T-lymphocytes, and this as you know, is one of the main components of our immune system.
We should not overeat and reduce the amount in your diet of products containing white bread, flour and fermentation-promoting sugar. Regular overeating leads to the accumulation of excess nutrients, which in turn are used by all parasites (from protozoa to worms). If there are excess sugars in the body – this leads to fermentation, which facilitates the development of parasitic fungi and bacteria.
The use of antibiotics and other drugs would only make sense if the body itself could not cope with this challenge. The frequent use of drugs inhibits the immune system and strongly pollutes the body, disrupting the hard work of the internal organs, which only encourages the development of parasites.
Observe good personal hygiene. Do not forget to thoroughly wash vegetables, fruits, herbs, etc.
Given the very high degree of risk of contamination, it is recommended to undergo a preventive course of deworming twice a year.
