Action of the active ingredients

The main obstacle to the use of turmeric is the low bioavailability of curcumin. This nutrient is poorly absorbed and quickly destroyed in the body. Application
After opening, store the vial in the refrigerator.
Use within two months after opening. Shake the bottle before taking. Take 5 ml during meals once every 24 hours or 2.5 ml twice a day during meals. Dissolve in a small amount of water (do not mix the water – drink immediately).
