Licorice root
The active substances of licorice root and Baikal skullcap have the ability to inhibit (suppress) the surface glycoproteins of viruses – neuraminidase and hemagglutinin, which help viruses to penetrate through the mucous secretion directly into the epithelial cells of the respiratory tract, and also facilitate the release of newly formed viral particles from the surface of infected cells.

The protein coat of the virus contains two important proteins, hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA). Hemagglutinin is needed for the virus particle to attach to the cell, and neuraminidase is needed for the particle to detach from the cell as it leaves the cell.
In this way, the spread of viral particles in the body is prevented or slowed down. After the introduction of the virus into the cell, the active substances of the Baikal helmet prevent the release of the viral RNA. Delaying the release of viral RNA inhibits the replication (reproduction) of the virus in the body.

Application:
For adults, the dosage is 1 measuring cap of 15 ml. with half a glass of water 100 ml. Apply once or twice a day after meals.
